Thanks to the both of you for my wonderful experience dealing with MY HOT TUB AND SPA, it was a pleasure dealing with you both.
The money I saved on my X400 spa was incredible because the local dealer was about $400 more plus tax and set-up.
The trucking co. you deal with was a great help to me because I am on a main street so the truck had to park about 5 house up but they still helped me to get it back to my house so where I could put it in my yard.
The x400 was a perfect size for my house as you can see I don't have much room. We have been using it every night and it has done wonders for my bad back.
Again thank you for the experience with your co. and it should show everybody that the internet does work wonders.

Just want to thank you for everything. When we ordered our Odyssey Spa on June 16th - I never figured we'd be using it by July 4th. The spa arrived 2 weeks after we ordered it. Set up was so easy - basically we placed the spa where we wanted it - plugged it in - filled it up and we were using the spa by the next evening.
We love it! It is really roomier than we anticipated and the jets are terrific. We love the color changing waterfall - it's a nice touch.
I was a little skeptical ordering a spa on-line without seeing it in person - but the Odyssey is everything the website says and more. We've looked at other spas for a lot more money and this is better than any of them.
Getting the cover, steps and start-up chemicals at no charge was a real money saver!

We never imagined when we had talked about purchasing a hot tub for our patio how much enjoyment and relaxation we would get out of it. We had checked out a wide variety of hot tubs at home and garden shows and at local pool and spa stores. Finally, we went on the internet and found your company, My-Hot-Tub-And-Spa.com.
The brochure for the products your company has to offer arrived in the mail and both of us sat down to discuss what type of hot tub we would like and what options would give us the most benefit our of our investment. The hardest part, after placing our order with your company, was waiting for it to be delivered and set-up even though the waiting period wasn’t long at all. We were so excited when the day came for our hot tub to arrive. It didn’t take long that day for our hot tub to be put in place, hooked up, and filled up. Before we knew it, the temperature of water was just where we wanted it and we could have our first splash in our own hot tub.
We have had our hot tub on our patio now since July, 2006. We have enjoyed the benefits of relaxation, relieving stress and just having fun. We are looking forward to spending many more hours enjoying this wonderful little vacation spot that we have in our own back yard. I am surprised the tub is still ok! while I was away it got heavy use by my in-laws and many kids and the tub held up! heh heh. These tubs can take a beating! Didn't take me long to get the water back in shape. Two months into this install and no problems to speak of. If this test run holds up, hell!.. ! I should quit my grind job and start selling these too! Ordered a fake palm tree and once arrived will snap some photo's! Will be in contact soon Dan* Take care bro

We are enjoying the hot tub. Everything is great with the tub itself, but one of the filters was kind of smashed and the plastic cracked. Can you send a replacement? I didn't notice this until I unrapped the tub. I hope there won't be any charge. Let me know. Thank you.
